REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Sarah Yasir, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. To maintain the integrity of our designs, we have the following policies in place:

Bridal & Formal Wear:

• All custom bridal and formal orders are non-refundable and non- exchangeable, as they are made to order according to client specifications.
•  Advance payments (50%) are non-refundable once production begins.
•  If there are issues related to size or fitting, minor alterations may be accommodated.

Pret Line:

•  No exchange policy.
•  Refunds are not offered.
•  Sale items are final and not eligible for exchange or refund.

International Orders:

• No refunds or exchanges on international orders due to customs and shipping constraints.

General Notes:

•  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
•  We recommend dry clean for all items.
